We provide you with 2 ways to report potential problems with our technologies: by mail or by web. Both of them are managed through our bug tracking system, and can be used interchangeably.
Bug reporting by email
This is the easiest method: send your issue to cases@syneto.fogbugz.com. You will receive automated emails when your case is stored, edited and closed.
Bug reporting by web
This is an alternative to the email sending solution which requires you to go to https://syneto.fogbugz.com/. On that page, you create a new case, or see the status of a case already reported by you.
