Bug reporting by email
This is the easiest method: send your issue to email@example.com. You will receive automated emails when your case is stored, edited and closed.
Bug reporting by web
This is an alternative to the email sending solution which requires you to go to https://syneto.fogbugz.com/. On that page, you create a new case, or see the status of a case already reported by you.
