Total Email Protection is based on a proven operating system based on a modified Linux kernel, and as such, has a great flexibility regarding the available deployment options inside a network. It can be installed as a hardware appliance, as a virtual appliance or even on your own custom hardware configuration.
Hardware appliance
This is the most common deployment scenario. We analyzed a lot of our customers’ configurations and created several hardware appliances that are the best fit in each case. Virtualized appliance
Usually indicated for larger datacenters or email hosting providers, the virtualized appliance is the easiest deployment option. Just download the appliance image, install in an existing virtualization environment and run. Within minutes your new virtual machine will be up and running.
Software appliance
