Managing The Email Filters

When configuring this module for the first time, you will create several filters. Time passes, priorities change, problems with different types of emails arise, and the order of the filters must be changed. Filters themselves must be edited, removed or new ones added.

To modify the priority of one filter, you can simply drag it up or down. The higher the filter’s place in the chain, the lower its priority id is, meaning the filter will be consulted sooner.

If the numer of filters is large, it is split into several pages, with a predetermined number of filters on each page; to navigate from one page to another, use the page navigation system on top of the filters block. To move a filter to a position found on another page it is necessary to memorize the position where we want to place it and enter that number in the priority ID field (the field on the left of the filter row). Hit enter to move the filter to the designated position.

You can use the checkboxes from the left side to select more filters for deletion. Editing, removing or duplicating filters is done using the icons from the right side of the filter.
