I Don’t Have A Licenses Loaded! What Can I Do?


Every appliance Syneto Storage must have at least the Base License loaded for the factory disks. If you have no licenses it is most likely that you are in one of these situations:

  • You upgraded from Syneto Storage 2.0 – In this case you must request the licenses to your distributor.
  • You had a valid license for Base, but now it is invalid – you installed new disks, or you replaced the original disks with disks of a larger capacity. You must request an license upgrade for your new storage capacity from your distributor.
